Yes, we were using the 8x8 phone App for Teams. It is how we originally deployed 8x8, so we have been using it for two years before coming to this decision. Interesting. We too have experienced similar issues, but attributed it to our integration with MS Teams. When we pulled an account out of our Teams integration and moved them to the 8x8 desktop app, things improved significantly. Unfortunately we never were able to get our Obi ATAs to work for our fax lines. I purposefully did not change our alarm lines because I did not want to risk the unknown with this issue and I am glad I did. We had this issue as well and what it ended up being for us is that the MSTeams Admin connector that you use to sync 8x8 and Teams had to be run multiple times. I would make sure to filter the view of employees to only show users with errors, otherwise it will show as synched and all is well. The other ...
