I am unsure if Rommel's question has the same intent/interpretation as I do, but the sign-in/out report would be beneficial to interpret adoption because if I have issued a user a license and it is installed on their desktop, that does not mean they are using the service. I know it sounds odd that someone isn't using their phone, but it is true. Two years after having 8x8 in place, I received an email from someone that was issued an account/headset, but they had never logged in and they wanted to know how to do this task. Voicemail report is fantastic because they showed over two-thirds of our employees had not set a greeting and we are leveraging this information to target our support so we can reach 100%. We are uncovering non-usage even through this process. Right now, I have a hunch that over half of our accounts use 8x8 as a glorified voicemail service, which will move us to a different discussion.
