Hi Eric, If this is just for Mobile Apps then you can add them within the Admin Console --> Contacts section. To segregate the contacts by site, I would recommend doing this by "Department" within the contact itself. You can then sort by Department within the 8x8 app for easy access Hope this helps, ...
