Hi Jonathan, The agent workspace is browser based and doesn't require the 8x8 work desktop app. We have had the same setup for 12 months without issues until a few weeks ago. Thanks ------------------------------ Christopher Liddle ------------------------------

We have started to encounter an issue with the agent workspace over the last few weeks. On every first call after the user signs in there is no audio i.e. The agent cannot hear the customer and they have to disconnect and wait for them to call back. Every call after this is fine. Is there a way or has anyone found a work around to see recent inbound external calls from within the Agent workspace?
