I've noticed that 8x8 incoming calls don't notify on Apple Watches. Is this something that can be worked on? Don't need any other functionality, just a notification to show an incoming call and from who. Currently it only notifies once it is a missed call.

We have a user with a Nokia 3.4, running Android 11 and the latest 8x8 app 10.19.1. When the phone is locked the app will not ring.
