Try signing out of your account. Clear you browser cache for all time. Then, log into the 8x8 work site with your account credentials. Next, make sure you allow all notifications from the site so you will be alerted. Also, if using Microsoft Edge you may have problems with their secure DNS setting(s). ...

I get SMS messages from bogus sources on my Android smartphone using the 8x8 mobile app. I cannot find a way to delete or block these numbers. The only thing I can see is an option to hide the conversation. How do I get rid of them and block them? Thanks.
