Fax setup for multiple users

I'm trying to setup faxing for our users, and running into an issue. I am finding that I can only assign our fax number to one user. Is there anyway to assign multiple users to the same fax number? Am I missing a setting somewhere else to enable the faxing? I might not be searching right, but I can't ...
