Hello, I am curious to know if it is possible to have an inbound phone script gather information via tones (ie account number, phone number) and send that information via email. Great topic! In Avaya, there is a command "status station" (among other statuses) that will show you everything associated with that extension. Is it being forwarded? Is DND turned on? Does it belong to any hunt groups? etc. It makes trouble shooting so much easier. I would like to be able to remove ...
