Hello,

I am curious to know if it is possible to have an inbound phone script gather information via tones (ie account number, phone number) and send that information via email.  I see there are email scripts and phone scripts but I am not seeing how to setup an email inside a phone script.  Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the feature you seek is not available out of the box. It is possible to fulfill the usecase you have mentioned, but you will need to have the account owner connect with the professional service team for more assistance.
