Hi Jordan My suggestion would have been to setup an internal Auto Attendant to go straight to voicemail for 1001. Then you could update the Call forwarding rules for Ext 1002 to have it go to the internal extension for this AA instead of its own VM. However, your reference of a special code prompted ...
