I'd like to export my list of contacts from my 8x8 account. How do I do this?

I'm in the process of porting out numbers for my business and need the pin for my account. I requested a CSR, which was supposed to take "up to" 7 business days. It's now been over 8 business days and I've escalated the case, but my support case still shows as "New" in your system. How can I get this ...
