Does anyone know if a 3rd party reporting engine can be used with 8x8 (especially contact center data)?  There's so much we want to report on but the packaged reports can't do it.  If we could integrate something else that would be great.

We will be using the API to extract all possible data to our data warehouse, then display what we need to see in powerbi reports with data across our multiple systems.

How do you plan on dealing with the 50 record limit on API calls? 

We will be using the API to extract all possible data to our data warehouse, then display what we need to see in powerbi reports with data across our multiple systems.

SQL can handle pagination; it's not easy but one of our partners were able to deal with it for the old historic api's - unfortunately the data doesn't match Analytics so we're not able to use it any more.

It's very frustrating as I'm sure most just want to plug it into Power BI and get on with the reports!

That's interesting and begs the question, which is correct? The information in the API or Analytics?

I too would love to get the info into Power Bi without having to schedule daily reports and then download them. At the very least just mail the report as an attachment instead of a link but ideally a direct connection with Power Bi.
