We have about 200 of the Poly VVX 350 or 450 phones. I am noticing that quite a number of them have different soft key setups under the display. For example many of my users have a Transfer key, but many do not.
I don't want to have to go phone by phone and configure them so is there a way to deploy a template to all the phones or have 8x8 change them in mass?
Are any of the users dedicated VCC Agents?
