 8x8 Mobile Work - Presence status changing

Morning -  

In past several weeks, been having an issue where the 8x8 mobile app will set the user to a "busy" state and not reverting the user back to available.  This is causing issues with my VCC agents, as the next call presented to them does not get connected to the agent. Is there an easy way to force the app to always be in the available state vs auto-changing?

Was this ever figured out? I am having a similiar problem where presence is not updating after meetings / calls..

I know this was posted a while ago but I just had the same issue with a client. 

Tried logging in/out, reinstalling app, but user's status in the Contacts->Company view was stuck on amber. 

The solution turned out to be very simple - Press the refresh contacts circle to the right of "all contacts" at the top of the list and it forced the icon to update and reflect the correct status. 

I hope this helps someone else.
