    I have noticed if add a call queue or a ring group to your favourites, it adds all call queues or a ring groups to your favourites. Surely you should be able to do this on an individual basis.

    Hi Pat, thanks very much for your question.

    After a bit of research I found that this is a known issue, with open bug reports. The resolution appears to be a fairly complex one, and may take some time to resolve.

    I've pinged our engineering team about this to see if they can clarify and give us a more defined ETA on the fix. In the mean time I'll be out of the office until Wednesday morning (PDT), and will return and update you then.

    Hi Pat, just following up for you.

    Our engineering folks have stated that the fix should be applied some time between Oct and the end of Dec 2021. Based on what I've seen in the past, if this isn't in place before December, it might need to wait until probably January. I'll come back to this question once they have a better timeframe, and will update. If you have any questions in the mean time, please let me know.

    We are still having the issue where adding one auto attendant adds them all. Has this been addressed yet?
