Has anyone else noticed the BLF keys on cisco 3pcc handsets cannot be disabled? 8x8 Support tell me this is not possible, but in our previous installs this was always available, and we have customers that still have their blf keys with disabled ringing. But I cannot see anything in the web page gui for Cisco that looks different between working and non working. 8x8 say its a Cisco issue, but I feel its an 8x8 platform issue, as the option to disable notifications has disappeared from the key config. Anyone know a workaround?
8x8 support sent me this, which is crazy in my opinion. Basic requirement.
