 Sudden issue with AudioCodes multi-port IP to Analog devices

We first installed 4 Audio Codes MP114 and MP124 devices 3 years ago.  They have been working fine at 3 different sites.  Over the past week at all 3 sites they have all stopped working. You pick up the phone and get a dial tone, but when you dial, it goes busy.  Incoming calls go to VM or whatever is configured for when the phone is offline.

All VVX350 phones are working fine and so are the single Polycom ATA devices.  Is anyone else using these devices having issues all of a sudden?

Thanks for sharing Jordan and I'm sorry to hear this. I'm not familiar with the operation of the devices but I am, in general, familiar with high capacity analog gateways.

Curious if you're able to ping these units from your network? Also, if this device has the ability, can you ping back to the 8x8 data centers?

Hi Jordan,

We have deployed about 20 of the MP112 units and had a while where a few of them stopped working or were unable to get inbound calls but could make outbound. We had a case opened and 8x8 never really found the cause for it but deleting the 8x8 profiles, then factory defaulting the devices was what we had to do in the end. It was a pain but was the only way to get it done.
