Hello - I have external speakers and a headset that I use with my 8X8. I would like it set up to where when I recieve a call the ring is heard on my headset and external speakers. When I answer the call, I only want the conversation to be heard in my headset and not to also come from the external speakers, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make this configuration change. Anyone's guidance on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!
You should be able to set your microphone and speakers to use your headset. Then set a secondary ring source as your speakers.
