We have created a custom report that groups interactions by wrap up code which is extremely helpful to get a pulse on the various types of inbound calls we receive.
My question is- is there a way for this metric to be monitored as a live dashboard instead of a report? I couldn't seem to find this as a dashboard metric- so assuming it does not exist- but wanted to check.
I've put this in as a feature request in the past (interactions by wrap up code) to be a widget within the Supervisor Workspace. Either there or as a dashboard within Analytics would greatly help identifying inbound call dispositions in real time.
