Reviewing the logs in the webgui on the affected device is really helpful here.
Thankfully the VVX range still have decent logs visible without needing to setup syslog unlike the Obihai based Edge phones.

Yes, last week, unfortunately. Had 30 + phones to provision (in a bit of a rush as well) and the provisioining server was either down, failing, on holiday or some other reason and I am still waiting on a reply from support as to RFO...... I will try and advise..
