  • 1.  Unable to paste screen shots within Support Portal application

    When raising cases within the 8x8 Support Portal platform, is there anything in the pipeline to be able to add screen shots within the text field. Seems every time i need to attach a document with the screen shot and then attach the file to the case. 

    As you can see I can add to this description within the Community but not when raising a case.

    Please advise if anyone knows.

    I convert everyone I know to Sharex. You can take gifs and screenshots, add context and save to file easily. But yes, having a proper input field (like this one) would be much better!

    I would love to have this feature.  The current method is cumbersome and only supports one image.
