Upon checking, it seems that you are using 8x8 services through a reseller and as such cannot log a direct case with 8x8;

As above, our receptionist cannot receive calls for the reception number when logged into it on her iPhone.
I've tried to log a support call, however this gives an error saying -
"We can't log you in because of an authentication error."
How do we proceed with these issues?
