Hi all,

Does anyone know if it is possible to add custom audio to the questions in a post call survey? I cannot currently see an option for this but just wanted to check if I had missed something obvious.

We would like to use this feature but don't think our users would be happy with the computer generated voices.

Hi Chris,

I'm relatively new to 8x8 configuration, but I think I can offer some help. In the script that you set up for the post call survey you can use an option called Question. 

When you edit that option you get the opportunity to add an audio file for the question prompt. You could use your own custom recording here. Interestingly there's no option to use the computer-generated voices in this section, which feels like a bit of an oversight if you wanted to create a quick survey but didn't have the recordings ready to go.

Yeah it's not in the most obvious place but when you click on "Say text"

You get the option to change it
