8x8 got my campaign approved today and SMS messages seem to be working! Hopefully everyone else is getting approved too, but if not, being more, uh, persistent on tech support seems to work.

That's really unfortunate. Support confirmed for me that it's 8x8 themselves who has to approve these and they've disabled SMS features for everyone pending that approval. Also confirmed via a different text number that you don't get an error message or anything when you text a disabled number, it just disappears into the void. This is really frustrating.

Mine was stuck on that for about 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting and clicked refresh thinking the system was frozen and whatever it was stuck on seemed to fix itself and I was able to send SMS. Probably not the correct way to fix a problem but it worked.

Went through the process of registering the brand, got my number back, says verified, but SMS messages aren't working at all. Contacted support, registered a campaign with a bunch of test text in the fields, now it's hanging on Pending Carrier Approval, and support tells me I can't enable even normal SMS messages until that happens, and they can't tell me when it'll go through, except that it's before the 31st. Anyone else having this problem?
