We've had numerous customers (who use T-Mobile) demonstrate to us that they cannot send us SMS messages.  The sender receives a message back saying "Sorry this service is not available."  I've had employees test it who also have T-Mobile as their provider with the same results.  I have a case open for 3 days now with no response and have escalated it but I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue.
