Today I tried the support chat.  Funny how 8x8 doesn't use it's own chat software but anyway...  After dealing with the poor AI agent it supposedly connected me with a real agent who looked like they were typing but never responded.  Then it just started over with the AI.  Has anyone ever used support chat successfully?
