Hi Jonathan & Ben
Thanks for your posts and contributions to the 8x8 community.
Jonathan - I think your workaround for the export is a genius move - thanks for sharing this.
As the product manager who's recently taken over Admin Experience I just wanted to reassure you that we have CC audit firmly in our sights and work is currently underway. We're currently modernising the CC Admin experience to provide list downloads, bulk update operations and audit for each section of the admin (e.g. Users, Queues, Channels etc.). We'll be releasing 2-3 "sections" each quarter starting in Q1 next year, and we've prioritised the most used sections first.
So please be assured that these are coming and we hear your need for this functionality.
Thanks again for your contributions and for choosing 8x8.
Glen

Hi Ben,
This is a major gap for us as well, along with the lack of audit logs in VCC.
I have perfected the art of using multiple techniques such as:
Table Capture - Microsoft Edge Addons
Zooming out fully on the pages in VCC Configuration Manager and copy and pasting into Excel and then re-working it in the spreadsheet (probably my go-to for most activities)
Printing to PDF and using clever tools like Tabula or Camelot (a bit more work but a historical thing I had to do with other vendors who only output data in tabular forms.
Not being able to export and also import into VCC CM is a massive deal for me personally, but for the organisations who have huge agent turnover it must be a nightmare.

Subject: Agent and Queue Export
During the issue we experience at https://community.8x8.com/discussion/friday-20th-october-rejected-timeout-status-changes it became apparent that we have some users who were enabled on queues but never knew this as they never sign into VCC. They were promoted to other roles and only use an X license for reporting or quality management.
As a result, we're starting Governance meetings to remove access to Agents who no longer require it.
To that end, how do we export User and Queue information from 8x8?!
There's a user export from Admin Console which doesn't include queues.
There's a copy and paste from Config Manager which includes Supervisor tag and Agent Group but not Queue.
Does anyone know a trick?
Many thanks!
