Thanks for the helpful feedback Steve. I tried that before but no prompt to mark the message urgent. We do get options when hitting # after recording the message. If satisfied with message press 1, to listen to your message press 2, to delete and rerecord press 3 and press 0 to be transferred. That's all. Maybe there is a setting in the admin area for this. I will check.

You mentioned the thing about "marking the message urgent". There is actually a feature for that. When a person is leaving a VM if the press pound (#) after speaking their message they will be presented some options. One of which is "mark this message urgent".
But, as for the other part of you question about providing additional choices, I don't believe that exists (yet).
