At the moment when a voicemail is set up, the default greeting says 'Hello extension xxxx is not available to take your call'.  Can the system be setup so it uses the users first and last name instead of extension in the greeting by default? So it'll be more like "Hello Thomas Anderson is not available to take your call. I understand it'll be an automated voice saying the name and pronunciation may suffer. But just wondering if this can be set up.
