Yes, Large Tenant Mode is enabled. I processed a handful of users today and noted that on Teams they had already lost their numbers so there was no follow up activity after deleting them from 8x8. We've automatic user provisioning with Microsoft Entra ID active and when a user is deactivated (not deleted) in Entra, they are deactivated in 8x8 as expected. However when the 8x8 account is deleted the number assigned is retained on Microsoft Teams side. Its not yet clear if this occurs all the time. ...

Hi Jordan My suggestion would have been to setup an internal Auto Attendant to go straight to voicemail for 1001. Then you could update the Call forwarding rules for Ext 1002 to have it go to the internal extension for this AA instead of its own VM. However, your reference of a special code prompted ...
