I have a user who cannot sync his ms contacts with 8x8. This dialog comes up when he tries. Support told me it's a problem with Teams and they have no documentation on how to fix it. I'm a ms admin and mine worked fine. I cannot imagine everyone needs to be an admin for this to work. Anyone know what to do?
