Thanks for reaching out, and as a matter of fact, the issue was resolved yesterday via chat. One of the two mailboxes had a few old messages there, and for whatever reason it was also impacting the other mailbox. Once those messages were deleted, the two mailbox started working again.

Hi guys, I am having a problem with my mailbox. The mailbox is empty, but callers try to leave a message and they get the recording saying that the mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages. I have deleted the mailbox on the phone as well as on the desktop app, on both there are no messages. Have someone got a solution for this matter? Thanks in advance
