Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues where the call control window is missing, on not popping up on 8x8 work for desktop where users have a physical deskphone. Users are reporting that they as of today they do not get the desktop popup with caller ID, can no longer answer incoming calls via the desktop and cannot transfer or hang up calls.I'm trying to figure out if this is a global 8x8 issue or if it's just us?

Hi @Alison Stewart, the problem seems to have resolved itself today without any changes made by our side. So I'm assuming it was an issue 8x8 side π€·π»ββοΈ
