Hi, recently switch to Agent Workspace.
Have tried working through 8x8 support and have had no progress. Is anyone else using Outbound campaign's and now missing information??
For example, we upload campaigns with First Name, Last Name, Voice (phone number), Address 1(Street #), Address 2(Street name), City, State, Zip, Campaign Name.
The only information our agents are seeing now are the following...
Phone number, Queue, Wait time, Case ID, Transaction ID, Campaign Name, Voice.
Really bizarre and disappointing. Anyone else seen this and know what might be causing it to not display the customer's info?
