Hello,
I used the documentation above to try an enforce rules to certain phones in my organization. I want to block all external numbers while allowing all internal numbers to be able to call. There are two rules that I made in the "Call Forwarding" section.
The first rule is: Block External Callers - This rule blocks all numbers from calling (this is what the 8x8 documentation says to do)
Second rule: Allow Internal Callers - This rule, I allowed selected users from calling, so I put every other user in the organization
The issue: If I put the External caller rule first, it will block all calls from coming in, including internal callers. If I put the Internal rule first, it will allow all calls to go through, including external callers.
Anyone else have this issue? I've talked to 3 different 8x8 agents already and haven't gotten far.
