    US Based Customer Trying to use 8x8 Connect for Mass SMS Campaign. Has anyone successfully used this. Bonus if you are in the USA. 8x8 Connect Support was unable to process payments for me.

    Justin,

    Two items: 

    1) To do Mass SMS Campaigns, you need to be using one of our Mass SMS products. Usually the one that does it is Proactive Outreach, but can also make custom volume bundles, do you need a sales person to contact you?

    2) I don't understand your payments question, can you give me more details?
