Hello,

I am having an issue with the 8x8 call audio sharing in MS Teams. We are using the browser and the 8x8 desktop app to pick up the call. When on Teams and I share audio from a YouTube video or another app the audio shares, but when on a call on 8x8 the person I am on the call with cannot hear the user on the other end of the call. Has anyone experienced this in the past and found a resolution?

I suggest you raise a ticket with the 8x8 support team here, as the root cause for this behavior ranges between specific setup or an issue requiring advanced technical support. We need to isolate the issue in order to address it quickly.
