I have been trying to port my business number to my cell phone carrier. It's been almost a month. 8x8 has declined the port for everything, including the information they give me - account number, carrier name, even the date! This is so frustrating that I know I will be sending out reviews on all their social media forums. Can anyone help me with any tips they used to get their number ported? Even 8x8 porting department isn't helping, they just keep saying they dont' see the request, meanwhile Verizon keeps saying their request was denied! Any assistance would be appreciated.
