  • 1.  Porting out of 8x8

    I have been trying since April to port a number out of 8x8.  My carrier has submitted multiple requests and all have been rejected.  They are now telling me that the PIN can't have a letter in it.  I've called 8x8 support several times and have been on hold for extremely long time periods.  I keep getting told that there is only 1 PIN and it has a letter in it.  I submitted a case and the case was closed without resolution.  I've been told that someone would call me back to follow up and no one ever called. This is one of the most frustrating things I've ever dealt with.  It should be a very simple process. Can someone please offer assistance?

    Jennifer, if you could give me the case number I will get this examined and help you to resolve the port out requirement. I have copied you my Email address too.
