Hi all,

I'm trying to add a park button on my T43. On the phone config, going to BLF, drop down extension type, select Call Park, and then the Call Park to monitor doesn't have anything listed and wont let me manually add the park bays (461 etc)? 

Any ideas anyone, why this doesn't work?

I can add the park number as a speed dial and drop calls into it, but then I don't see whether it is in use or not as its just a speed dial.

Is this don'e of those features that only work on a Polycom?

Hello Terri,

The PBX park extensions starting with 46x are not used by the BLF system.

Instead you need to reserve new dedicated park extension numbers (there's no extra cost for this). Please see the section of this article titled "Add a Call Park Extension". Once you add park extensions to your PBX they will show up in the Call Park BLF drop down menu you're looking at.
