That works on a hard phone with BLF keys to program; however, I am looking at a VCC Agent Workspace screen that has a tab called 'Call Park Extension. ' Nothing is showing, even though a Park Extension has been created on the 8x8 telephone system.
What do I do to get VCC Agent workspace screens to see park extensions?

To set up Call Park extensions for use in your Agent Workspace, you need to configure them in the 8x8 Admin Console. This requires Admin Access Control in the 8x8 Admin Console, here are the steps to follow:
Reserve an Extension Number: Go to the Admin Console, navigate to Home > Extension Numbers, and reserve an extension number for Call Park.
Select Call Park as Extension Type: Choose Call Park as the extension type when reserving the number.
Enter Details: Provide an Extension Number and a Label, then save the configuration.
Assign to BLF Key: Assign the reserved extension to a Busy Lamp Field (BLF) or speed dial on the desired phone. This allows easy parking and retieving of calls.
