I am having sms messages sending issues. i believe the the issue is associated with sms campaign registration. The directions for campaign reg is not for the express manager. Please help. 

Please log a support ticket; this has to be handled on an individual basis. 

It doesn't seem to be a support ticket option for express users. I am having the same issue as the original poster. I followed all directions and haven't heard back in weeks. Currently waiting to speak to customer service for over 10 minutes. I call daily and never get to speak to someone. 

Hi Robert, following on from my email yesterday your SMS campaign is being processed, it's being handled by a senior engineer who will keep you updated with the progress.

Been 2 months my campaign is still under pending approval. This is effecting our operation.

I am sorry to hear that you needed to wait for you SMS campaign to be approved for a long time and I can imagine this must be frustrating.

Unfortunately, 8x8 cannot accelerate this approval process; the final approval comes from the Direct Connect Aggregator (DCAs), DCAs are the companies that provide direct connectivity to mobile carrier gateways for the purpose of delivering SMS messaging
