I made a payment yesterday and I have a zero balance. Today I am not getting any phone calls, my account has been suspended and I couldn't even get access to the billing page to make sure I had a zero balance until 10 minutes ago.

Yes, they said due to a system glitch it got suspended but will be resumed but what is happening as soon as Cancellation team reactivated it. It generates another automatic ticket created by the system for the cancellation and now it has been happening since yesterday.
