Is it possible for a frontdesk user to transfer a call to an agents VCC extension instead of their 8x8 work extension? The agent's VCC extension is listed on the agent's profile, but it appears the main extension displayed and used for transferring is their 8x8 work extension.
For some extra context (and perhaps a secondary question!), I'm wondering if we can have our VCC agents solely use the agent workspace phone, without needing to have 8x8 work open. It seems the only drawback would be an 8x8 work frontdesk user transferring a call to the agent.
