    Hi Andy,

    I've raised a feature request or two for the devices feature.

     

    It's another one of the least mature areas of Admin Console for my needs.

    ATA management (yes sadly we still have them) and Cordless Device/Handset Management are also a headache.

     

    A couple of my feature requests around the subject below.

     

    XR-4581

    Feature Request: Show endpoint status inside Admin Console within Users and Devices Pages.

    I'd like to see 8x8 Analytics Endpoint status information included inside Admin Console within Users and Devices Pages.

    XR-4569

    Feature Request: More Intuitive search functions for hardware in Admin Console Users and Device Pages

    I'd like to be-able to search for hardware MAC addresses in Admin Console Users and hardware MAC or Extension Number in Admin Console Devices pages without needing to download reports
