Since agents can now log in and out of ring groups, we would really like to be able to see who is logged in and who is not in the Ring Group Summary in 8x8 Analytics or somewhere else. The ability for supervisors to log them in and out would be a bonus. I know you can do it in the Admin Console, but I don't want to give that level of access to supervisors.
Alternately, adding Ring All to 8x8 Work Queues would be a nice feature as well as this is the reason we are using ring groups instead of queues.
