Anyone have issues with the app on IOS? Mine is working fine, except for some connectivity issues every now and then where it seems like a very bad connection and you have to re-try the phone call.  But my colleague can't get his app to receive his work calls properly.  All his phone settings and app settings are exactly similar to mine, but they won't come through.  They only come up after the fact as missed calls. We have tried everything.  Any help is much appreciated.

I'm running iOS 26.1 on an iPhone 17 Pro. Since upgrading from iOS18.X on a 14 Pro I've noticed that often once the call is connected the call almost freezes. The connection timer is running but pure silence - I can't hear them and they can't hear me. Calling the person again without using the app is successful.
