I'm looking for detailed steps on how to download call recordings for my agents. While I've found some information out there, I haven't had success despite following the guidance provided.

If there are specific instructions or resources available, I'd appreciate it if you could direct me to them. Any help in getting this sorted out would be greatly appreciated.
