 Voicemail - limit on simultaneous calls?

Good Morrow Hive Mind Collective! This is my first query after joining the community, this seems the best place to start...

Is there a limit on number of calls the 8x8 voicemail can handle at the same time?

We have a vm setup for folk to call and request work from a specific team, they have tested with 3 incoming calls and it coped perfectly, but they want to know if there's a number of calls that would fail to manage.

Honestly don't know if it'll ever get more than 3 people calling at once, but the question has been asked and I need to respond with a useful answer.

Here's hoping some of you will know if there's a limit and what it is, OR have experience of same and can say "don't fret, vm can handle 10 simultaneous calls no bother" or something :)

Hello Jay!

By default, the voicemail inbox limit is 40 messages per extension with a maximum voicemail message length of 5 minutes.

The default voicemail inbox limit can be increased to a maximum of 80 stored messages or decreased to a limit of 20 stored messages per extension. To request an adjustment to your voicemail inbox message limit, create a case with 8x8 Technical Support. Please note that requests to increase the voicemail inbox limit beyond 80 stored messages will require the engagement of professional services, and will incur a fee.
