So I am really trying to figure out if it is possible to be able to use my works third party work mobile app that houses our leads and their information and calls are placed and then launches whatever phone types default calling app but on either my iPhone or Android which we have a few of need to find any phone able to use the app to call the leads we are given to work for that day. It also tracks with what the agent marks the disposition of the call, whether no answer, Left message, set apt and then mark on the calendar or many others in the work app so I am really trying to find a way to do this on either iOS or Android.
From what I've read I'm led to believe this is very much possible . Hoping so!
